 student art contest and show. The goal of this contest is to expose young 
 people to birds and promote the importance of wildlife in our community. I
 t is our hope that young people will recognize the birds they draw and fos
 ter an enjoyment of nature.\n\nArtwork of all students entering the contes
 t (grades K through 12) will be on display from 12:00 noon until 3:30 pm t
 hat day. The awards ceremony will start at 2:00 pm. This event is free and
  open to the public.
