  miles in diameter\, centered at the Base Lake south of Bellevue. The circ
 le is divided into four quadrants\, with a captain and team of counters as
 signed to each.\nThe 4 quadrants are:\n1. BELLEVUE  (includes Fontenelle F
 orest)\n2. PLATTSMOUTH  (includes Schilling WMA)\n3. LAKE MANAWA\, IOWA\n4
 . GLENWOOD\, IOWA  (between Glenwood and Missouri River)\n	\nThere are oppo
 rtunities for participants to count morning-only\, afternoon-only or all d
 ay. Counters take breaks during the day and usually stop for lunch.  At da
 y’s end\, results from all quadrants are compiled during a pizza dinner.\n
 \nPeople of all ages and birding abilities are welcome to participate in t
 he count. Inexperienced counters are always placed with experienced leader
 s. Each person participating in the CBC should bring binoculars and dress 
 for the weather. Some groups spend a lot of time hiking\, while others spe
 nd more time in the car. Counters are assigned to groups according to thei
