Members Program: Nebraska Wildlife Rehab saving injured birds and wildlife
Meet our presenter, Lauren Salick, and learn how Nebraska Wildlife Rehab provides medical management and compassionate care for injured, sick or orphaned wild, native Nebraska species and migratory birds. By working closely with veterinarians and other wildlife and health professionals, their goal is to rehabilitate the wildlife in their temporary care for reintroduction to the appropriate wild habitat.
Lauren will review the aftermath of the August storm that brought more than 300 wild animals and migratory birds into their rescue facility.
Join us at the 6pm social hour where you can meet others who share your interests in our natural environment. Food and drinks are available during social hour. The program begins at 7pm and is free and open to members and the public
